This is our second post devoted to the outstanding French photographer Marc Riboud who traveled extensively throughout the Soviet Union in the 1960s. His images captured an array of everyday life episodes from the lives of the Soviet people — today it is a collection of images of people out in the streets. The first lot can be found here. As always, click on the magnifying glass to see the photos in detail.

There are no officers on the 2nd picture. These are private soldiers. It was Lenin AND Stalin Mausoleum at the time, right? And the Revolution was called the Great October Socialist Revolution, not a Soviet Revolution. Could use a bit more attention to detail. Other than that, really nice pictures. Thanks!
