Bravo Stefane
Ja sam iz Srbije, grad Cuprija i taj mali plavi zaporozac budi uspomene jednog lepog detinjstva. Nazalost, ja ga nisam imao, ali vozio sam bratov par puta, koji ga je nabavio iz SSSRa. Sada sam u akciji i mislim da je vrenme da ga nabavim, za mog sina Strahinju koji ima 16 meseci. Bio bi to idealan poklon na kojem bih mu pozavideo i ja sam. Pozdrav u nadi da ce mo se cuti…

I did not have such toys when I was little as I was born much later than 1950s . And, I guess, no one in my family ever had it either, as I did not happen to “inherit” it. But I remember perfectly that in late 1980s we still had those pedal horses available for rent. You could rent it out to ride around for an hour or less, it was a truly thrilling experience.

This Zaporozhec car was a really good and quality toy. No wonder, that USSR exported them to other countries.

It need to be mentioned that not every child in USSR had this kind of toys. As everything of good quality these toys were in deficit, and many children could only dream to have these toys.

That Zaporozhec car brings back some good memories to me, and i‘m not even from Russia..We‘ve had that “cars” here in Macedonia long time ago, and they were made in USSR.I also had a stereo in the zaporozhec, and i still own it, but i have a real car now.…
